Preparation
- Slice the loaf of bread and place on a cooking pan. Bake at 180°C till light brown.
- Grate the tomato, add the onion and the garlic and mix together.
- Spread on each slice of bread and add the cheese on top.
- Bake for another five minutes, add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
Use one of the PHILIPPOS EXTRA VIRGIN to your personal taste.
