Shrimp Scampi Anisette

Preparation
- In a frying pan lightly sautee the onion and garlic.
- Add tomatoes, capers, salt tomato, paprika. Bring sauce to a boil.
- Clean and peel shrimp. Chop and place in baking pan.
- Add ouzo, parsley, and crumbled cheese to the sauce and pour over shrimp.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 min.
