Preparation
- Bring water to a boil, add sugar and stir until it thickens. In frying pan pre heat olive oil and add semolina stirring until it turns light brown.
- Add the sugar, orange juice, water and keep mixing.
- Add almonds, stir and pour into jellopan.
- Let cool, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
