Chocolate Chip Fruit Cake

Cooking time: 50 min
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Oil pan and line with oat flakes.
- In a bowl mix flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl beat the eggs, slowly adding the sugar and mix in the yogurt, vanilla extract and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Add flour mixture, fold in the chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Bake for 50 min until toothpick comes out clean.
