Chocolate mousse

Preparation
- In saucepan mix sugar flour salt and milk.
- Cook and stir over medium heat till thick and bubbly.
- Add chocolate and stir 2 min.
- Remove from heat.
- Add beaten egg slowly, mixing 2 min.
- Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and vanilla.
- Chill and serve with pistachio garnish.
