Raisin and fruit cake - Fanuropita

Cooking time: 50 min
- Add all ingredients in a bowl, except for nuts and raisins.
- Mix well and add nuts and raisins. Keep mixing.
- Add to greased baking pan and bake for 50 min at 180°C (preheated oven) until golden brown.
- Let cool and sprinkle confectioner’s sugar and lightly toasted sesame seeds
